701S, TRULY INNOVATIVE CNCS

The manufacture of plate components and bridges involves the joint orchestration of several CNC machines. We have both conventional and latest-generation CNCs. For the past several years, we have been working with 701S. These new machines allow us to produce precise parts with an extremely high-quality surface finish. One of the great advantages of these machining hubs is flexibility and responsiveness. That allows us to rapidly adjust the quantities and the variety of components produced.

COLLABORATIVE ROBOTS

Essential for guaranteeing long periods of up-time for our machines, robots are now installed in proximity. Their arms load and unload the cartridges of work-in-progress parts, making it possible for our specialists to dedicate themselves to high value-added activities.

LASER CUTTING

This technique provides a guarantee of integrity for materials, as the cutting of its edges will not alter the internal structure of the part. Plus, great flexibility in working, as the profile of the cut can be quickly modified via the computer program.

THE CHRONOMETRY UNIT, THE GUARANTEE OF FLAWLESS QUALITY CONTROL

Our automated chronometry unit checks our entire production, watch heads and movements. Night and day, the robotic arm of the CLA guides timepieces through the various control steps. Then on exiting the process, each approved piece receives a card stamped with its time-keeping qualities.

HIGH-PERFORMANCE WORKSTATIONS

As part of the equipment essential to the art of watchmaking, assembly workbenches are a sine qua non. In our workshops, they are workstations arranged either sequentially for the assembly of movements, or each one independently for assembling movements with complications.
