OUR CURRENT WARRANTY TERMS

VMF movements are delivered with a twenty-four (24) month warranty certificate. During this period, Vaucher Manufacture Fleurier will repair or replace defective parts free of charge and correct any manufacturing defects identified as such by its customer service. Not covered by the warranty are normal wear and tear, as well as damage caused by accidents or improper use. The warranty is voided in the event of intervention by third parties not approved by Vaucher Manufacture Fleurier after-sales service department.
